We are dangerously near overdosing on vampire gore, mostly because so much of it of late is such utter shlock. (Twilight—oh, the horror, the horror.)
But this looks pretty fun.

this is a remake of a fantastic Swedish (?) movie called “Let the Right One In”.

I feel like the arctic environment was so essential to the creepy mood of the original, sort of sad to see the remake and hard to believe it will be as dark. The little girl has certainly been cleaned up a lot.
