I interviewed the film and television producer (Splash, Apollo 13, A Beautiful Mind, 24, Empire…) in Worth this month, and—thanks to his candor—we had a fascinating conversation. If you’re a film buff, you don’t want to miss this.

Here’s a snippet:

“And then all of a sudden, Splash worked, and you see lines around the block, and I got complete acceptance into the entertainment business. After basically being an invisible person—a human being, but not treated as a human being.”

There’s a lot more—about Grazer’s relationship with his father (not good), his feelings about agents (ouch), and his relationship with producing partner Ron Howard (hint: Howard is nicer—but Grazer works at it harder).
