  How Sweep It Is
Did someone say sweep? The Yankees beat the Red Sox, again, and cut Boston's lead to five.

Reminds me of late last year when the Red Sox sucked and were clearly out of contention, but still managed to beat the Yankees late in the season. It was clear neither team was the real contender. Time to start considering who is.

Now, of course you're right, and you know a lot more than I do about baseball. But, I'm talking about Red Sox beating the Yankees in NY in late Sept. last year(16th? 17?th). And I thought (at the time) that the Red Sox were so awful, so very bad, and still beat the Yankees at home. So, they weren't going anywhere. And they didn't.
That's all I'm seeing now.
