  Monday Morning Zen

No fish today—just the seascape of Palancar Gardens, Cozumel.

Comments:
This is a very lonely picture. It looks almost like the moon or some desolate place. As someone who couldn't imagine going any deeper than the bottom of a swimming pool, don't you find it terrifying to explore such places?

That's probably the thrill of it. To go somewhere very few go.

Not terrifying, no. When you're used to it, places like that are really quite fun to explore, and generally quite peaceful. I've certainly had my moments of anxiety diving, and I'm sure I will again, but practice and training help a lot.

Esp. chapter 7, about weights.

4:37 is referring to a moment of both great stupidity yet profound machismo. Someday, all will be revealed.

I like the gnostic aspects of the blog.
