More of A Million Little Writers

Jacob Hale Russell's 02138 piece on the widespread use of researchers/ghostwriters at Harvard, "A Million Little Writers," gets picked up today's Chronicle of Higher Education.

The article seems to be generating more public conversation outside the Harvard campus than on it....

Professors who use research assistants in this way are missing out on some of the fun that comes with exploring a topic. They're depriving themselves of half the pleasure of scholarship: the adventure of discovering new facts and ideas.

Jake's piece is great. But where exactly do you get that it's getting more play outside of Harvard than within? I didn't know you could hear so well from 400 miles away.
